Casa MP is a residence designed for a new family in the parish of Andrães, municipality of Vila Real, in Portugal,

The project concept began with the study of the site and its history, as well as the analysis of the surroundings and characteristics of the land, which allowed us to understand the heights of neighboring buildings and the views to the west, making it possible to predict the exact location of each one of the functions of the house.

Taking these premises into account, it was decided to organize the house on two floors, where the garage and all support areas are located on the lower floor, while the entire house is located on the upper floor, where three bedrooms are located, with one of them the master bedroom, sanitary facilities and the kitchen, dining and living rooms in open space.
